We are thrilled to announce that nominations for the 2025 CAP Awards are officially open! This is your opportunity to recognise the incredible individuals, CAPs, and organisations that have demonstrated exceptional achievements within CAP during 2024. 

Here’s everything you need to know about how to submit a nomination and the key dates to keep in mind.

How to submit your nomination

Submitting a nomination is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:

1. Visit our official nomination form: You can click through to the nomination form here. A full list of categories can be found here. Nominations have now closed

2. Complete the Form: Provide details about the nominee, including their name, contact information, and a brief description of their achievements. Be sure to highlight why you believe they deserve to be recognised for a CAP Award.

3. Submit the Form: Once you've completed all the required fields, hit "Submit" and you'll receive a confirmation email that your nomination has been received.

Important nomination guidelines

Before you submit your nomination, please make sure to review the following guidelines:

- Eligibility: Nominations are open to individuals, organisations, and groups from active CAPs or CAP+s who have made a significant contribution to their community in the past year. Self-nominations are also welcome. The nomination must be for work undertaken in 2024.

- Nomination Limit: You may nominate individuals or CAPs in more than one category. You will need to submit a separate nomination for each one.

- Supporting Materials: You are encouraged to attach supporting materials such as photos, videos, or testimonials that showcase the nominee's achievements. These can be uploaded directly through the nomination form.

- Deadline for Submissions: All nominations must be submitted by 1pm on 29 November 2024.Unfortunately, late entries will not be accepted, so be sure to get your nomination in on time!
